ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Looking for ways to brighten up the No Bull Prime Meats office in downtown Albuquerque, owner Brett Rizzi spent thousands of dollars on two statues paying tribute to a dark time in American history.

“It’s a remembrance of 9/11 in 2001, what that did to our country and how we had to rebuild, and how we did rebuild,” said Rizzi, “I wanted my cowboy, and because I am a cowboy, and I have been all my life, and my horse is bowing to the greatest flag; in the United States of America”
