ALBUQUERQUE — Lovelace’s Westside Hospital, which serves Rio Rancho, announced recently that it was named the only Blue Distinction Center+ in New Mexico for bariatric surgery from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico.
“The designation gives patients considering bariatric surgery added confidence that they can access nationally recognized care close to home,” a release reads.
