ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — A man with a history of DWI pleaded guilty to a fourth offense today and is back behind bars. In May, Albuquerque police were called about a car driving on rims near Candelaria and Eubank.
Officers found 34-year-old Armando Zamora behind the wheel. Court documents state the officer smelled alcohol on Zamora. The officer did a field sobriety test, and took him in. Police say he refused a breathalyzer.
This is Zamora’s fourth DWI charge. He has prior convictions in Valencia County, McKinley County and in Bernalillo County last year. Today in court, Zamora was sentenced to a year behind bars…
