ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque Fire Rescue put out a fire at the Ed Erlers Shorin Ryu Dojo early Friday morning.
AFR said crews went to the karate dojo near Louisiana Avenue and Zuni Road after 3 a.m. Friday due a reported fire along the fence. When crews arrived, the building was on fire.
AFR said crews brought the fire under control within 16 minutes. Firefighters said the damage stayed mostly at the front of the building, but smoke and heat damage spread throughout the interior…
