ALEXANDRIA, VA – The City of Alexandria’s Office of Housing is continuing to accept applications for affordable homeownership lottery at The Residences at Tidelock, a new condominium community, through Monday, June 22, 2026, at 5 p.m.
Located at 1111 N. Fairfax Street, The Residences at Tidelock is a newly opened 65-unit condominium community in Alexandria. Four affordable homeownership opportunities are available for income-eligible, first-time homebuyers who live or work in the City of Alexandria.
Available units include:
- One one-bedroom condominium
- One one-bedroom-plus-den condominium
- Two two-bedroom condominiums
- One of the two-bedroom units is designed as an accessible residence
