Prince George’s shooting suspect faces 17 counts of attempted murder

The suspect in a violent carjacking and shooting spree in Prince George’s County, Maryland, last month was indicted on 17 counts of attempted murder, but a previous criminal conviction overshadows this case.

Larry James Simpson, 68, was indicted on 71 counts in total, including three counts of carjacking.
