SILVER SPRING, Md. (7News) — Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) said Springbrook High School Principal Stephanie Valentine has shared her intent to retire, just days after she was placed on leave and less than a week before students are scheduled to return to class.
MCPS announced the leadership change in a letter sent to the Springbrook community Monday, Aug. 17.
