WASHINGTON — DC native, Darrel Gaston, says he is determined to get answers from DC police after he was arrested by federal and local officers last month.
He says he had just double-parked along U Street near the intersection of 12th Street in Northwest the night of April 1.
“I double-parked to get out of my car to see if I had my keys and my phone to go home. Within five seconds, [Third District] officers and the ‘beautiful task force’ swarmed my car,” he said…
