WALDORF, Md. — Two women are facing felony charges in a Waldorf retail theft case after authorities say they stole more than $1,600 worth of clothing from an Old Navy store.
Paris Teresa Hooks, 22, of Washington, D.C., and Janae Moriah Black, 28, also of Washington, D.C., are each charged with theft between $1,500 and $25,000 in connection with the March 29, 2026, incident, according to court records.
