WASHINGTON — DC police are asking for the public’s help after a woman was found shot to death in Southeast.

Around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a report of an unconscious person in the 1300 block of Congress Street, Southeast.

When they arrived, police found a woman who they’ve identified as 30-year-old Jasmine Malone – was neither conscious, nor breathing after being shot…
