Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Abington Township Police Chief Patrick Molloy announced today the arrest of Phillip Prince, 40, of Glenside, following a vehicle-bicycle crash on Sunday, July 12 around 8:30pm in the 2800 block of Meyer Avenue.
The crash left 22-year-old Colin Cassidy with severe head trauma and other injuries, officials said.
According to the report, responding officers found Cassidy unconscious and bleeding from his head. He was transported to Abington Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery for significant head trauma…
