Easton Mayor Panto anticipates construction to start at “The Foundry” by 2027

EASTON, Pa. – From a brownfield to full redevelopment: $2.3 million in state funding looks to give the 14-acre Easton Iron and Metal site on Bushkill Drive new life as “The Foundry.”

The mixed-use property will include 200 rental units and 20,000 square feet of commercial use.

“I think it’s a huge project for Easton. The Bushkill corridor has been a focus of the city for the last 20 years going back to the development of the Simon Silk Mill,” said Jared Mast, executive director of the Greater Easton Development Partnership…
