Lehigh Valley Trade Center III in Upper Nazareth Township reached full occupancy with the industrial site’s construction now complete.
Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners have signed two building leases that bring the development’s total of 590,402 square feet to full capacity, the developers announced this month.
- ShipBob, a global supply chain and fulfillment platform, will occupy 301,826 square feet in Building E.
- A global e-commerce accelerator has leased 288,576 square feet in Building D.
The park’s location provides access to Interstate 78, the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Northeast Extension and Route 22.
