Pitt adds commitment from Georgia O-Linemen Trey Moore

Trey Moore, a 6-4 and 290-pound three-star offensive linemen out of Suwanee (Ga.), announced his commitment to Pitt over social media on Saturday evening. Moore is coming off of an official visit to Pittsburgh last weekend and opted to make his decision public before taking another, which now officially makes him the 20th member of Pitt’s 2027 recruiting class.

The Collins Hill High School standout was originally slated to announce his decision on June 20th and was working on a group of finalists that included North Carolina, Purdue, South Carolina and Virginia Tech. However, Moore did not take any further official visits after taking in Pittsburgh and upped his announcement two weeks ahead of his original schedule.

“I feel like I could really thrive there for the next four years and they could really help me get to the next level to where I want to be,” Moore told Panther-Lair.com about his commitment. “Also the relationships I’ve built up there I haven’t built with any other schools and that just shows how genuine the coaches are how they’re going to help me be the greatest that I can be.”…
