SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — A 4-year-old boy in metro Atlanta recently reunited with the police officers who helped save his life during a frightening incident earlier this year when a garage door fell on his neck.
The officers with the Sandy Springs Police Department were thrilled to find the boy, Maddux, “smiling, thriving and continuing his recovery.”
According to Sandy Springs PD, on April 18 their officers responded to a medical emergency call involving the boy when he “become trapped underneath a garage door that had fallen onto his neck.”…
