Dwight Howard has put his sprawling Suwanee estate back on the market, this time asking $14.5 million — a full $3.25 million more than the price he sought for it just last year. It is, by most measures, one of the most unusual residential listings in metro Atlanta.
The 40-year-old former NBA center bought the property for $8.8 million in 2016, according to PropertyShark records cited by The Economic Times, closing the deal shortly after signing a three-year, $70.5 million contract with his hometown Atlanta Hawks in July 2016, as Sports Illustrated reported at the time. Howard first listed the estate for $11.25 million in January 2025, then pulled it from the market that September before relisting it this month at the higher price, according to ALL-N-GEORGIA. That means he’s now seeking $5.7 million more than his original purchase price.

The property is described in listing materials as a private legacy estate designed for more than a single owner’s everyday needs.
Inside, the estate includes a formal dining room and living room with wood paneling and fireplaces, a skylit family room, and two kitchens beyond the main chef’s kitchen, which is fitted with Viking appliances. There’s also a catering kitchen, a hidden pantry and a walk-in butler’s pantry, along with multiple bars and service areas. An elevator provides access to every level, and an underground passage connects different parts of the sprawling property, according to details reported by The Economic Times.
