Brian Keith Smith, 28, of Powder Springs, is accused of slashing a man’s stomach with a utility knife on April 9 at 2 a.m. at Tires 24/7 New & Used, 1740 Cobb Parkway South in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
Smith was in a business dispute with the victim, who fixed his tire before the altercation.
