It’s interesting the things you can find when you are scrolling through social media in Amarillo. A lot of time is spent scrolling, so it’s nice if that time involves learning something that you didn’t know before. I mean, that is so much nicer than just the time suck it could be.
Recently, I was doing that doom scrolling when something caught my eye. It was a real estate listing. That listing was for a restaurant location here in Amarillo. It looks like this place is for sale. The thing that struck me as odd was that the listing said the property could be delivered vacant at closing.
Currently, this property is not vacant. There is a fully functioning and busy restaurant in this location. It took me by surprise, and I wonder if it took the tenants, Teddy Jacks, by surprise as well.
