GoFundMe created for 11-year-old victim of Plum Creek shooting facing long recovery

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — One of the six people injured in Wednesday’s gang-related shooting at Plum Creek apartments is an 11-year-old boy who is facing a long and arduous recovery after being shot twice while trying to enjoy his summer break at the pool.

According to the fundraiser, Julian is now in a wheelchair and will have to relearn how to walk due to the extent of his injuries.

During surgery to remove one of the bullets, surgeons found that the severity of his injury proved to be far more severe than initially anticipated…
