AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A former United Supermarkets employee accused of making thousands of dollars in fraudulent returns over a 15-month period was indicted .
A Potter County grand jury indicted Larrry Joe Pena on a charge of theft of property valued between $2,500 and $30,000.
