AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Families and friends held a candlelight vigil to honor the teens who died in last weekend’s mass shooting in the city.
The families of the two teens lost in the weekend shooting, Ezekiel Almazan and Deven Antonnuci, hosted a balloon release and candlelight vigil in remembrance of all the innocent people lost due to gun violence.
“He was so sweet. He was nice to everyone. He had such a big heart,” said Azariah Swain, Deven’s cousin. “And him and my brother, four days apart. They were basically twins growing up. And it’s a piece of our heart is gone forever. Forever. And it’s not okay. It’s not okay.”…
