AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — The third City of Amarillo employee who stole money from the homeless officially pleaded guilty.
Selene Varela arrived at the J. Marvin Jones Federal Building in downtown Amarillo around 1 p.m. Monday for her initial appearance.
