A pair accused of hitting home-improvement stores across two Southern California counties made it as far as Upland before police say their run ended in a parking lot.
The Upland Police Department said the two had gone on a shoplifting spree at several home-improvement stores in Orange and Los Angeles counties, taking more than $3,400 in merchandise.
