Yesterday in unincorporated Santa Ana, a deputy observed a juvenile riding this eMoto on the roadway. The juvenile was stopped and cited for driving without a license, operating an unregistered vehicle, no proof of insurance, and riding without a helmet, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s North Patrol division.
The eMoto was also impounded for 30 days, which can result in significant storage and towing fees.
