Anchorage Police K9 Kiska recovering after shooting incident

Anchorage Police K9 Kiska is recovering after being injured during a shooting incident last week in the area of West 34th Avenue and Bering Street.

A video shared by the nonprofit Dollars for Dogs shows the K9 wearing a protective boot on one paw. The organization says Kiska is “doing well and healing” following treatment.
