Feds: While out on bail, Anchorage man robbed 2 banks in 24 hours

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – An Anchorage man who authorities say robbed two banks in less than 24 hours while out on bail was sentenced Wednesday to seven years in federal prison.

Ezekiel Thomas, 38, carried out the robberies in Anchorage and Palmer in September 2025, according to court records cited by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Alaska.
