ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The name of the man shot and killed by three Anchorage police officers early Tuesday morning in the middle of an Anchorage road was released Friday, along with the identities of the officers.
The Anchorage Police Department said Emil McCord was the man shot on Bragaw Street near Reka Drive after he allegedly ignored police commands while holding a gun.
