SALINE, MI – A man who was released after ICE detained him last year outside an Ann Arbor school has been detained a second time, according to his family.
Rodrigo Osorio, 32, was taking his mother to get a pedicure around 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, when they were stopped by federal agents on Michigan Avenue, said niece Kimberly Osorio. The agents handcuffed Osorio and his mother, Raquel Garcia Guerra, and had them separated, Osorio said.
“They had them handcuffed. They each were in a different ICE car,” Osorio said. “Obviously my grandma, for health reasons, she couldn’t even get in the car.”…
