ANN ARBOR, MI — Haim Schwartz and his wife Noa said they made Brightdawn Village a place they would want to live if they were going to move there.
“We had in mind to build a community, not just a place for people to come and sleep,” he said.
The new 120-unit apartment complex on Burton Road in southeast Ann Arbor is now open and has started welcoming its first tenants, with 19 units leased as of Tuesday, July 28.
The complex features four apartment buildings rising three stories.
