A Detroit man’s family is demanding answers after cellphone video captured what looked like Washtenaw County Sheriff’s deputies pushing him to the ground during an arrest near an active police standoff Friday night.
The video appears to show Derrick Tinsley outside his vehicle with his hands raised before deputies forcefully take him to the ground.
