The Ypsilanti District Library’s Michigan Ave. branch closed September 12, 2026, after a patron reported finding a bedbug near the library’s computer bank.
Sam Killian, the community relations coordinator for the Ypsilanti District Library, said in a statement that the report is similar to an incident that previously led to the branch’s closure.
