YPSILANTI TWP., MI — Authorities found more than 600 pounds of now-destroyed marijuana after an Ypsilanti Township fire last year, but no one ever faced charges, drawing the ire of township leaders.
“It’s pretty absurd given the amount of quantity and the street value that was estimated to be between $1.5 and $2 million,” township attorney Doug Winters said Thursday, April 23.
