The Vickery is now open. The multifamily development at 700 W. Vickery Blvd. features 321 residences — 307 apartments and 14 townhomes — in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts with some residences overlooking downtown Fort Worth.
The Vickery is from Fort Worth’s own Trademark Property Co., developers of the 5-acre site at West Vickery Boulevard and Hemphill Street that challenged multiple developers over the years because of utility and floodplain constraints.
