Except for a handful of years when I was away at college and a short stint with my husband’s first job, I’ve lived in Arlington since 1985.
First, I lived on the north side of Arlington, where I went to Nichols Junior High and graduated from Lamar High School. I later returned with my young family. Then, we moved to south Arlington for 25 years, where we raised our two daughters.
I have so many wonderful memories from both areas. I got to witness the growth of both as new parks, pools and adventures were introduced over the years. It’s amazing how much there is to do and see here! And, of course, I can’t forget the many friends we’ve made along the way…
