Loudoun County, Virginia, authorities believe that a person found dead in Purcellville earlier in September may be an 81-year-old woman who has been missing since August.
Sheriff’s office detectives said in a news release that they believe that the person is Carolyn Taylor, who was reported missing on Aug. 23.
The body was found on Sept. 6 on the 38000 block of Hughesville Road. Taylor was last seen near Foundry Road and Hughesville Road on the morning of Aug. 23. Authorities said it was an area where she was known to go for walks…
