Hadyn Dollery, the 19-year-old substitute teacher at Loudoun County Public Schools who was arrested last week for making threats online while at school, sent a “kill list” to a friend over the messaging app Discord prior to his arrest, according to court documents.
Charging documents say that the Sheriff’s Office received a report that Dollery made “written threats” against “family members and friends” and also mentioned a “murder spree” at a school.
Sheriff Mike Chapman, during an interview with Channel 7 this morning, called school division hiring practices in question, saying, “It’s a concern to us. It’s actually something that we have mentioned to one of the School Board members, and we hope to bring it up to others here. That’s a policy that can be changed.”…
