STERLING, Va. (DC News Now) — Authorities arrested two people from Baltimore after U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers found over 57 pounds of marijuana in their luggage at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Officers used the baggage tags to identify the travelers, met them at the gate, and took them back to the inspection station. During the following examination, officers found 50 vacuum-sealed bags with a “green leafy substance that field-tested positive for the presence of marijuana.”
