DUMFRIES, Va. (DC News Now) — Police have arrested an employee accused of inappropriately touching four women at a recovery center.
The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said 43-year-old Jasbert Fitchett Jr. was arrested on May 8 after a series of sexual assaults that reportedly occurred at the Mainsprings Recovery Center, located at 17470 Fraley Blvd.

An investigation revealed that between Dec. 29, 2025, and Jan. 12, 2026, Fitchett, a staff member at the recovery center, inappropriately touched four women. No injuries were reported.
