A Washington County man recently won $140,000 after getting a chance to spin the Maryland Lottery’s Big Spin Wheel at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.
The retired dairy farmer got the opportunity to spin the wheel after revealing a “SPIN” symbol on a Big Spin scratch-off ticket, according to the Maryland Lottery.
