HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – A maker of car parts and engine systems is planning a $100 million expansion to its operations in western North Carolina.
North Carolina Gov. Josh Stein announced BorgWarner Inc, a maker of parts and systems used in electric vehicles and busses, is expanding its operation in Hendersonville. The $100 million project will add 378 jobs in Henderson County, and add 140,000 square feet to BorgWarner’s current Hendersonville plant.
