Two adjacent properties in Weaverville were denied a rezoning request by the Weaverville Town Council last month that would have paved the way for commercial development in an otherwise residentially-zoned area.
The parcels in question are both located on Reagan Lane: one property is at 5 Reagan Lane, the other lacks a street address but sits at the southwest corner of Weaver Blvd and North Main Street.
