MILLS RIVER – A new commercial development with space for 13 businesses is nearing completion on Boylston Highway at Old Haywood Road in Mills River.
The Marketplace at Mills River development is set to include a Publix supermarket, Fifth Third Bank, dentist’s office and nail salon, realtor Melody Holley, a senior associate at the firm Crossman and Company, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, told the Times-News July 7.
