Located at 60 Biltmore Ave, the new office will serve as a hub for the firm’s integrated civil engineering, landscape architecture, master planning, site design, and construction administration services.
The expansion is led by Austin Greenhalge, civil engineering senior project manager and Asheville office leader, alongside Shawn Sanes, landscape architecture senior project manager. Both professionals bring more than a decade of experience and deep roots in Western North Carolina, giving clients a trusted local team backed by the resources of one of the Carolinas’ leading site design firms.
SW+ has supported projects throughout Western North Carolina for years from its Upstate South Carolina offices.
