ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA)—Multiple juvenile suspects have been identified through Flock technology in a series of paintball assaults targeting pedestrians over the weekend in Asheville.
On Saturday, August 15, officers responded to the 660 block of Haywood Road around 10 p.m. for a report of an assault involving paintball guns.
Police said the incident was the latest in a series of similar reports in West Asheville in which paintballs were fired from a vehicle at pedestrians. Through investigation and use of Flock Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR), officers were able to identify the juveniles…
