Historic Johnson Farm will host its final guided forest bathing session of the summer on Saturday, August 29, at 3346 Haywood Road in Hendersonville. The program runs from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and is open to participants ages 16 and older.
The 2.5-hour experience uses a series of guided sensory invitations to help participants connect with the farm’s surroundings. Organizers distinguish the program from a strenuous hike, placing the focus on moving slowly among the historic buildings, pastures and trees.
