Construction that disrupted metro Atlanta neighborhood for 6 years ends with bridge reopening

Residents and business owners in south DeKalb County say the reopening of the Cedar Grove Bridge marks the end of a six-year disruption that rerouted heavy truck traffic through neighborhoods and contributed to the loss of local businesses.
