Jonathan Springfield of Kennesaw is accused of being naked and assaulting a pedestrian walking his dog on April 12 at 10:56 p.m. near the Avenues of Kennesaw Apartments, 3900 George Busbee Parkway, Kennesaw, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
