ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — DeKalb County CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson is expected to deliver the annual State of the County address on Thursday.
The speech will highlight job growth, major projects and what’s next for businesses, neighborhoods and infrastructure. It takes place at noon at Assembly Studios, a film and television production campus owned by Gray Media, Atlanta News First’s parent company.
