AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A third inmate has died at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center in less than four months, renewing questions about conditions inside the jail.
Michael Williams, 63, was found unresponsive in his cell over the weekend and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
His cause of death has not been released…
