AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – An officer-involved shooting shut down parts of Interstate 20 in Aiken County for several hours on Friday morning.
The shooting happened around 2:55 a.m. near mile marker 23 after Aiken County deputies began helping with a vehicle chase by request of South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Aiken County officials say the suspect is on the way to the hospital for treatment. There are no other suspects involved…
